Our Higher Education students celebrated a huge milestone on 30th June as they graduated at our Summer Graduation Ceremony 2026, held at Whitley Bay Playhouse.
The ceremony brought together graduates, their friends and family, and college staff to celebrate the hard work, determination and dedication that had led to this special moment.
This year’s graduates included students from our HNC and HND Engineering, HNC Counselling, and Level 4 Sports Massage programmes, all coming together to mark the successful completion of their studies.
Dressed in their caps and gowns, graduates proudly crossed the stage to receive their graduation scrolls, creating plenty of memorable moments to celebrate.
We were also delighted to welcome the Elected Mayor of North Tyneside, Karen Clark, who officially presented each graduate with their scroll before delivering an inspiring speech. Karen congratulated students on their achievements and encouraged them to embrace the exciting opportunities ahead as they begin the next chapter of their journeys.
The ceremony was a fantastic celebration of everything our graduates have achieved, recognising not only their academic success but also the resilience, commitment and ambition they’ve shown throughout their time with us.
