We have put together some frequently asked questions about enrolment below:
Enrolment FAQs
We’re open for enrolment Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.
Just pop in on a date and time that suits.
What you need to bring will depend if you’re whether you’re adult or 16-18.
Aged 16-18
- Personal information (Name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, school attended)
- Two emergency contacts – name, telephone number and email address of someone who would collect you if you are taken ill and a second contact that is your legal guardian
- Exam information – details of predicted/actual grades and chosen subject details (results to be uploaded in August for year 11)
Aged 19+
- Personal information (Name, date of birth, address, email, phone number)
- Details of your highest qualification
- Payment of course fee:
-Payment (if applicable) – if paying by direct debit your full bank details are required
-Evidence you have been approved for/ applied for an Advanced Learner Loan (if applicable)
-Purchase Order or confirmation letter from your company if they are paying the fees
-Evidence of Work Related Benefits Job Seekers or Employment Support Allowance (work related) – the Benefit Delivery Centre tel: 0845 6088637 can provide you with evidence of any benefits you are currently receiving
Higher Education student
- Personal information (Name, date of birth, address, email, phone number)
- Confirmation of your Student Loan/Grant
- Details of any previous courses of study, including other HE provision
You should allow around an hour to complete your enrolment – then you’ll be sorted, ready to start.
Don’t worry, we run courses in various levels so no matter what your grades, we can get you sorted.
Our maths & English team will be on hand during the enrolment events to discuss your results.
That’s it, you’re all sorted! You will then get access to your timetable which will tell you when you’re next due in and the room number.
But don’t worry, we will have staff to help you get to where you need to be.
Yes, our Student Services team are available during the enrolment events to talk all about student finance as well as fees and bursaries.

Yes, we will take your photo and you will recieve your student ID badge when you enrol.
Yes, our ALS team is available during the enrolment events to talk about any Additional Learning Support needs you may need. This could include:
- One-to-one support, in and out of the classroom
- Specialist equipment
- Help with personal care needs
- Counselling and mental health support
