You have the creative vision to excel in the beauty industry and would love to broaden this to become a Beauty Therapist. You will gain experience across various areas of study, including; manicures, pedicures, facials, make-up, eye treatments and waxing.
You will develop your beauty skills as well as understanding health and safety requirements, reception duties and client care and communication – all essential for a career in beauty-related industries.
There are also a number of exciting extra-curricular activities that you’ll get involved in outside your core subject, such as industry-recognised workshops including up-to-date current products and treatments (there may be an additional cost attached).
A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grade 3 or above, or equivalent. You will also need to attend an informal interview with the course tutor.

Assessment is based on practical competency, graded assessments and external online tests.
Progression onto Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy, or an advanced apprenticeship, or into employment. Careers include: Mobile Beauty Therapist, Beauty Therapist in a Salon or Spa, Beauty Consultant and Assistant Salon or Spa Manager.
