Not only do we organise lots of visits from professional chefs who’ll share their experience and skills during unique learning workshops, you’ll gain first-hand experience in our on-site training restaurant, Retreat.
There’s themed evenings throughout the year and a regular lunchtime service, which puts you in the perfect place to develop your preparation and serving skills – all under the watchful eye of our culinary experts.
