ACTIVEIQ Award in Mental Health Awareness

The mental health awareness programme will operate to give you a broad understanding of common disorders and issues, reduction of stigma and discrimination, and how to encourage people to talk about their condition.

The qualification will allow you to apply knowledge through recognising and responding to signs of mental health in themselves and others, and to offer first aid around it.
