Equality & Diversity

We are committed to equality and diversity. We will ensure that everyone has the chance to fulfil their potential and we will respect and value differences in our learners.

We will promote equality of opportunity and good relations between members of different groups.
We all have the responsibility to ensure that no learner is prevented from enjoying this right to benefit from education. The College celebrates and values diversity among its learners. All will be treated with respect and dignity within a positive learning environment free from discrimination, harrassment and victimisation. No member of the College community shall be treated less favourably than others for reasons of:

  • Gender
  • Transgender
  • Race, colour or national origin
  • Religion or belief
  • Age
  • Sexual orientation
  • Social class
  • Disability
