Health, Public Services and Care
TyneMet's Health, Public Services and Care department is dedicated to training students who wish to work in health, care, early years or the uniformed services. A wide variety of specialisms are offered and, through the courses, students can access Higher Education programmes with a view to carving careers in primary school teaching, nursing, midwifery and other professions. Qualifications gained in this department can also be a direct route to employment.
