Tyne Metropolitan College is working with Sitel to deliver an accredited training programme for its employees. Sitel employs thousands of people across the globe and its North East site is leading the way in delivery training which is both innovative and evolutionary for the business solutions sector.
The College is delivering a Level 5 Leadership and Management training programme for Sitel employees at the company’s North Tyneside office. Sitel is a leading business process outsourcing provider in customer experience management and the North Tyneside office employs over 600 employees alone. The company is an advocate of internal progression and is now working with TyneMet to deliver the training programme.

Sitel’s employees undertaking the training course in their employment and will benefit from a nationally recognised qualification at the end of the programme.
