Flex Fitness is a fully equipped modern gym boasting a full range of Precor cardio vascular and resistance machines. The gym has just been refurbed and has state of the art Precor Resistance machines as well as cardio vascular machines. There is now a brand new Functional Strength Training room with brand new dumbbells from 2.5kg to 50kg, kettlebells, Smith machine and power rack.

Flex Fitness is able to offer health and fitness expertise to students, staff and the community thanks to its fully qualified fitness professionals that have an established track record of getting fantastic results for their members. Using their knowledge of anatomy, physiology and implementation of training programmes your fitness goals are well within your reach Some members join to change their lifestyle, physique or general health. Others have more radical ambitions and goals, using our encouragement to push them to new limits.   • Personal training
    If you think you need more of a push and someone to help you every step of the way along your path to achieving your personal goals then why not use one of our personal trainers. All our personal trainers have a proven track record in getting results, so if it is the kick start you need please ask for more details.
  • Fitness plans
    You may be a very motivated person but when it comes to training the correct or most beneficial way to hit your goals you may need a helping hand. Why not ask our fitness professionals to put a 6 week plan together for you for only £10.
  • Nutritional support
    For most of us hitting that last part of our ideal weight, or getting those abs out for summer centres around a healthy diet. Our health professionals can over analysis in to your diet by looking at a food diary kept by the client and suggesting alterations in meals, sizes and timings to make sure you are getting the most out of your training.
