Entry Requirements
Candidates must be either already working in a retail setting or able to undertake an appropriate voluntary or part-time work placement. Workplaces must be willing to allow assessors access in order to observe candidates’ performance at work.
Course Content
This NVQ encourages candidates to develop their business knowledge and technical skills in order to improve their workplace performance.
