Entry Requirements

Five GCSEs at grade C or above including English Language. AS Law.

Course Content

Students who have achieved Law at AS level can move on to complete the full A2 qualification. Students learn of the many ways in which the criminal law affects their daily lives. They find out how to apply the law to specific and real-life legal situations and develop a critical understanding of the legal system. Finally, they use their new skills and expertise to consider the very nature and character of the concept of law itself. At A2 level, Law students will study criminal law, contract law and concepts of law.

Assessment

One 1 hour 30 minute written exam and one 2 hour written exam.
