Apprenticeships
TyneMet Apprenticeships offer students a clear route to employment by combining skills training with broad on-the-job experience. The college’s apprenticeship offer is growing all the time, equipping future employees to claim their place as part of the UK’s competitive workforce.
Apprenticeships provide practical training in the workplace alongside college based or employer based learning, which supports the knowledge and understanding required to excel in each industry. This means that as well as gaining everyday technical skills, students develop a comprehensive understanding of their particular industry, enabling a smoother and more successful transition into the world of work.
